Default Is This A Good Price?

A friend was looking in the paper and on the net and found a 2000 mustang gt. Since i dont know much about mustangs and i know your guys know a lot about them i figuered id ask you. The asking price is $15,000. It has cobra hood, chrome cobra r rims, all new tires, new pullies, cool air intake, saleen side vents, full bassani exhaust. It also has the 460 mach sound system, new shifter, lowering springs, and leather interior. I thought it was a decent price for it but i promised him i would ask. Thanks for the help.

I don't think it is a good price. I bought my '03 for 15 with 15K miles on it 8 months ago or so. However, lets say 9-11 is a good price. Add in the price of those mods (if he/she wants that anyway) and deduct wear and tear. If those mods are wanted, I'd add on another 2-3K or so. To me, with those mods, I'd pay 12ish tops...depending on condition and mileage.

Take care,
Ceyko
