first, everytime i turn on the heater the idle goes up and down it gets kinda crazy, does anyone know what the cause of that is?

second, I unplugged the traction control switch and when i plugged it back in it didn't work anymore, I checked the fuse and its fine, what is the cause of that problem?

any help would be appreciated

dont know about the trac control but as far as the heater, are you putting it on VENT or A/C and just turning the *** to hot. Cuz if you have it on A/C your compressor is still running which is why your idle drops a little but if you put it on vent, 1. the air will be as hot as possible and 2. your compressor wont be running for nothing b/c it cant heat up the air to any temp higher than what your engines temp is so just use VENT

Maybe for the traction control you should try resetting the computer. Just unhook your battery and wait a minute and then reconnect it. Maybe your computer needs to pick up the signal for the T/C again.

SOmeone told me that once you unplug the trac control then it will stay on and you wont have control of it. I guess its like a safty override or something. I dont know.

Maybe you should just take it into ford and have them reset it for you. Just get a tuner like the predator and turn the T/C off for good.
