Could be the TOB, pressure plate, disc or cable. No real way of telling until you tear into ot. Good luck.[8D]

is your adjuster right? sometimes they can slip and get all messed up... ask me how i know haha. Steeda sells a good one that clicks and cant work its way out. you should get about 1/8 inch slack if you pull out on it from the adjuster.

hard to tell whats the matter, especially if it quit fora while.

I slipped the clutch completely through the redlinedoing a 3rd to 4th gear power shift. It scared me so bad that I was looking behind me on the track for pieces of my car. I replaced it next week thinking that I hadtoasted it and found a still nearly brand new, 90% there clutch disc and a burn spot on the pressure plate. I wasted 300 on a new clutch when all I had to do was scuff up the flywheel and pressure plate and continue driving. You just slipped it pretty bad and probably glazed something good too. I would just do some normal stop-go driving on it and let it settle back in.

I'm sure someone else here will chime in though and tell you every word I've said is misinformation. We seem to have a trend of that lately.
