Tokico Adjustable Struts. Need Help!

Does anyone on here have the tokico adjustable struts? Mine were on my car when i bought it and i dontknow much about them.How do i adjust them? It shows ontokico's websit them using a screwdriver, do they have to be off the car to adjust them?Is 5 firm or soft?Thanks Guys

i have the same ones on mine and like you i bought it with them on...i unfortunatly have the same problem. are yours on the front? they seem pretty easy to play with and move around from what you said, i imagine it would only be a <40 min fix.(so would posting this i guess as well) ...good luck, if you find a solution i am all ears as well
