RE: NEED SOME THOUGHTS FOR UPGRADE
with 5k buck you can go forged and n20 or non forged and s/c or buy a 03 cobra motor and s/c with tranny...
or build a badass n/a 4v forged and be ready for some serious turbos or other FI in the future

RE: NEED SOME THOUGHTS FOR UPGRADE
sounds good, but personally Id go vortech (bc thats what I did bc imo the vortech is a better unit, less problems, higher max output and uses a return style oil feed (which is a good thing)... both the s-trim and procharger are essentially the same output wise, I have seen higher numbers from strims in general, and also the T trim upgrade is very easy... with 5k bucks you can almost get a forged shortblock and a non ic S-trim blower and be around 400rwhp, and then slap on a intercooler and push 550-600rwhp with head and cam work

hes only runing 150 shot, and he makes almost 400 rwhp n/a.... he should be running a 300 shot...
I still cant believe he spent 50k on it, maybe because he has tried to get so much power out of it n/a... all you need is a forged short block (2500) and n20 system (1000 installed) + (500 for tuning) it would not be hard to make 550-600 rwhp with go juice.... heck I know a guy who did that and is still running the stock intake...
but anyway if you think its hard to break 500 rwhp with n20, you still have a thing or to learn

Ok show me where he's running 400 rwhp n/a. Last time i saw his dyno numbers he was doing 340 n/a. Its impossible to get 400 n/a on a 4.6 2v. We just had a thread about this. You cant just get a short block and throw a 300 shot on there. It doesn't work like that. He spend so much money on suspension and safety and things like that. Im telling you if you think for $3500 you can have 600 rwhp no problems then you're dreaming man. You cant just say well my short block makes 300 rwhp so if i add a 200 shot it has to be 500 rwhp! 300 + 200 = 500 so there ya go! lol its not as easy as it sounds.

but with all thatmotor workthere are better options (forged 4v cobra motor, 5.4dohc, etc...)
