Top Speed Problem???

Top Speed Problem???
Ok so I have a 1999 GT and when I got it all it had as far as mods is a K&N FIPK. Well I had it to 145 pretty easy with more to go. Now my car will not go past 122 and thats in 4th....even when I shift to 5th it just sits there and doesnt move....any ideas? I did put o/r bbk x-pipe and magnaflow magnapacks on it.....thought maybe not enough backpressure for motor.....so put stock H-pipe back on with the magnapacks and still won't go past 122. I even had the MIL's. NEED HELP!!!!

My engine does that sometimes. I had mine to 130-140 in fourth, cant remember which. But sometimes it seems it's taking it alot longer to get up there, and once i shifted to 5th, the car wouldn't gain another mph.

I was about that when the stang was stock. Maybe 130 tops. After full bolt ons (before engine and gears) i was 150+ but i didn't have the[8D][8D]'s to push it faster. . . .Now my gears limit me from high speed adventures[:@]

Thats the thing tho. I bought it with just the K&N and it did 145 easy just shifting into 5th. But now it hits 122 in early 4th....then try the 5th and still sits there....it gets there quick....seems like a limiter all of the sudden kicked in....
