I suppose that really depends on the setup and the tune. Saleen supercharger come with 30 lb injectors and a 6 psi pully. If you upgrade the pulley you have to change the injectors. Procharger comes with 42 lb injectors and you can go up to 12 psi. .

i dunno how far 30lbs would take you, but my 36lbs were good up to 467RWHP. they were maxed out.

hmmm, thanks for the response, So if i want to have a higher boost like 12psi opposed to 6 or 8 I should go with 42# injectors then and I wont have to worry about a calibrated MAF(getting 90mm lightning maf)or any pulley hassle
. Thanks guys.

might as well go big now, and be ready for later... you could pick up some stockers that would probly be ok for n/a for a while

The injectors on on the fuel side. The MAF is on the air side. The stock MAF is only goodup to 8psi of boost. It has to be changed for 10-12 psi. Either a Lightning MAF or a Diablo adapter is needed.

Go with 42's! You'll be glad later!

I've got 42's and a lightening maf and I havent had any problems. plus the tuner can just tell the injectors to open for less time if you are too rich but if you max out the 30's then he can't do anything.

You should go with 90mm Lmaf and 42 lb/hr injectors. Its going to be enough that you will never outrun either with the stock shortblock. You might get away with the 30s, you might not, why not take the chance.
