rear end fluid?
hey i have had 4.10 gears for a long tiem and never changed the fluid, i want to do it, but i am wondering...
how do i go about doing it?
what do i need?
-new gasket?
-oil.....how much, what weight? im going to go with mobil 1
-other?

Do a real upgrade at the same time. This is what you should get:

Get the girdle and the stud kit, not nessicarrily from RPM outlet but the product is good.
Then get:

I got 3 quarts to fill it up.
Synthetic FTW, nothing else will ever touch my engine/trans/rear again. The T/A girdle will strengthen the rearend (espcially with the stud kit) and also it has a filler and drain hole so you don't have to pull it again to drain the fluid.
