Probably the same, it'll still need to be repainted because they will have to grind away some the panels paint to weld it on properly depending on where they weld it. At minumum they will still have to blend the paint in by doing a partial repaint.

RE: Replacing right rear quarter panel
Know one here will be able to tell anything 100% on the cost.
It all varies car to car and shop to shop, and how the salvage yard cut the quarter off and how badly it was cut off the other car as too how much more prep work will be required to do the job correctly when compared to putting a new panel on etc.
It is alot less work to put a new panel on then a used one because of preping the old one so that it will fit. All a new one requires is to cut the old one off at the factory welds, the old one requires both, trim it off to the factory welds and replace it at the factory welds if the body shop is a good one.
Just go to a couple different shops with your car and show them the car and tell them you gotta used quarter to put on and see what it will be. That way you'll know 100%.

RE: Replacing right rear quarter panel
It has to be repainted no matter what! unless you double sided taped it up...lol Your old fender must be cut off and this one tack welded into it's place. The biggest weld will be in the door jam and there will have to be body work(filler) done afterwards, so this means all kinds of dust in your car! I would say no more than $1,000 but it won't be much cheaper than that either! Your bumper, taillight, trunklid, sail panel and wheel all have to come off before anything can hapen! Yeah the rear panels are quite extensive on any car, but easier on stangs because they don't have to be blended on the roof line like most others like old school ones!
