Default Clutch adjustment?

I recently had my transmission rebuilt and installed a centerforce dual friction clutch. It seems now that the clutch may be "dragging a little," there is sometimes a notch at neutral inbetween gears and sometimes when I go to put it in gear you can kind of feel it dragging or something..

I do not have a quadrant adjuster

Any tips?

if your quadrant is stock then try grabbin your cluch pedal and lift it towards you, there is a rachet mechanism that will take up any slack. i had to do this after installing a new clutch
