I have the BFG drag radials. I have 15 passes on them and about 3500 miles, and they are pretty worn. I'm pretty rough on tires though, but I don't think you will see many miles out of them. They hook like a S.O.B. though.

I've used BF Goodrich Drag Radial T/A 2's on two supercharged mustangs (1988 and my current 2000) I love them and wouldnt use any other tire. I never used them on the track and didnt do many burnouts and I got a lot of miles on them. And they hook great. And I'm pretty sure they were less expensive then several other radials I checked out but I'm not really sure on that one. Anyway good luck

The BFG's hook great, the Nittos last longer.
I had the 555R's on my cobra, and loved them.

Honestly I think that nittos are one of the longest lasting radials produced.

Hoosiers are one of the best hooking drag radials for the street. You wont get much mileage out of them though.
Beautiful looking mustang btw..

I had my bfg's put on at the beginning of January and they were completely bald by the beginning of July. I probably went to the track about 5-7 times during this time running each time atleast 5 times sometimes more. This is with a huge burnout! I don't really know how much I drove in that time. Maybe 5k miles?
