widdest tire

wats the widest tire i can run on a 9 a 9.5 a 10 inch wide rim?

I know you can fit a 315 nitto on 9s but I don't think any other brand of tire that is 315 wide will fit a 9. My buddie has 10.5s with a 315 M/T and it fits just right.

I guess I didn't see where that link really told much except for the difference in the size of the tire. Maybe I missed the rim recommendations for each size of tire.

On a 10.5 you can fit pretty much anything that will go under the car... 315 or even 335. You may have clearance problems with a 335, but my 315s look like they ahve some space left.

I wouldn't go wider than a 295 with a regular tire (anything but a nitto) on a 9 inch rim.
