with P&P done to the PI heads and cams and exhaust and full bolt ons-you should be looking at low 300s.

Did the guy operating the dyno know what he was doing? Did he do the reading in second or third gear??? Something isnt right. You should be making somewhere between 280-300 rwhp I would think.
not without LT headers, a stage II or higher aftermarket cam, and more bolt ons.

Maybe it's a bad P&P job. If it's not done right you can actually hurt your performance due to several factors such as the A/F mixture not atomizing optimally.
exactly, who ported your heads?

Christ dude, you need a tune bad. Unless I am reading it wrong it looks like your sitting on almost 12:1 A/F ratio. It needs to be around 13:1 or so, maybe a bit higher. Before the aftermarket cams I picked up like 8 RWHP just by going from 12:1 to 12.2:1 (turned off my mail order chip).

Get a custom tune. And with those ported heads get some aftermarket camshafts. I hope you can do the work yourself, otherwise getting aftermarket cams installed is gonna cost a ton of cash.

BTW, you still have some boltons to do. The T/B, upper intake plenum, underdrives, and MAF will definatly pick up some horsepower if you don't want to mess with aftermarket camshafts. And LTs would be a big help too (although I realise you would have to drop the H pipe as well).

And get that sucker tuned!! Way to rich.
