Default Help with Rear brakes

Hello to all I recently joined this site because I am having a problem with a simple thing that should not be happening.

I just bought ECS Green Stuff pads for all my brakes on my 2002 gt. I changed the fronts first then onto the rear. Since the pistons require turning with that special tool to be driven back in for new pads, we decided to take off the banjo bolt that holds the line to the brake line and the parking brake lines so we could turn the pistons back in much either basically we removed the calibers from the vehicle. simple? (i have done this on my 03' superduty and had no problems)

Did this on both sides. We retightened the banjo bolts and bled both the back brakes. Now we noticed that fluid leaks out from the brake lines where the line goes into the caliper where we removed the banjo bolt. The banjo bolts have a copper washer inside of them that cannot be removed because it seems pressed in. there is also another washer (copper) under the head on the bolt. Are these washers good for only one shot. meaning once you take them off you need to buy new brake lines) I have changed brake pistons and calibers on older vehicles and fords and never experienced this. Any help or guidence would be appreciated. I did not expect this changin my brakes today. Now i am out of my daily driver vehicle. All bolts have been torqued to proper levels also? what else am i missing here?

thanks
derrick
