HUH.. That's crazy.. I think clearance is the biggest contributor.. The higher off the gound the car is the further the a-arm will drop. The only reason I dropped the shock from the top was because I was installing the UPR camber adjusters (FYI).

Does anyone have any measurements from the ground? I bought a used GT and have not yet started suspension work. How far off the ground is a stock GT? How far off the ground after it's lowered?
