Default Lowering springs?

Anyone have any before and after shots of their cars with lowering springs? like 1 1/2 or 2 inch drops?

Yeah, I read that and was all motivated about doing my front suspension this weekend. Guess what? It STILL took me six hours to get it done!!! That friggen caliper kept getting in my way!!! If I had to suggest something, I'd say remove the shock from the bottom so you can prop the caliper up in the wheelwell agains it. I did that on the second side and the job was MUCH easier. Your directions did help, but the job is still far from easy.

HUH.. That's crazy.. I think clearance is the biggest contributor.. The higher off the gound the car is the further the a-arm will drop. The only reason I dropped the shock from the top was because I was installing the UPR camber adjusters (FYI).

maybe these will help...these are with Eibach Pro Kit...claim a 1.5" drop. not quite the same angle in the pictures. but you can get the idea at least. worth the money to drop it!

Does anyone have any measurements from the ground? I bought a used GT and have not yet started suspension work. How far off the ground is a stock GT? How far off the ground after it's lowered?

I am not for sur eon whether or not mine is lowered, but mine is 2 foot 9 inches from the ground to the bottom of the fender above the tire.
