dont forget your caster cambers.A must if dropping more than 1-1/2 in.

Yeah, order them progressive rate lowering springs, unless you likes the bumpity bump of your behind and teeth. A friend tried it, and the thing rode like a stock bowtie bucket.

I wouldn't recomend anyone chop there springs. The A arm will sit lower and not level. This means the tire will not sit level. When weight is not disbersed propperly the inner tire will wear about 60-70% faster. This happened to by brother. The outer wheel looked new as the day they were bought, but underneath the car the tire wore so bad the metal belts were poking through.

If that is not enuf to detour you imagine what whould happen if you hit a bump and cought air. The spring would not have tension (would not stay in place) and when you came down your fender would land on your wheel.

Furthermore your car will be bouncy!!! Its cool if you have a hot date <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"> but in my brothers case it was making me motion sick (seriously).

In short, Please dont do it. To make your car run and look cool is never free.
