If you get the mongoose kit you wont need forged internals if those are all your mods in your sig. Tim will hook you up, its well worth the money. I just got that kit last week with the stock pulley and MPH power pipe8#'s making342/336 and thats the only thing done to my car. You gotta remember FI loves mods, T/B,plenum, headers,xpipe,exhaust ect. You can make close to 400rwhp if not more with full bolt ons(Longtubes) and keep it at 8#'s and never worry about breaking. He'll keep you safe and tell you straight, even if you dont want to hear it hes not going to feed you bull**** just to make you happy.

who's tim the guy on the websight? I heard that if you do f/i you should have forged internals. Whats MPH tuning how would i do that?

Prospeed is the 5.0s right? If so then yes they do work on 5.0 pushrods now, so tell your friends!:D
Yes, Tim is the owner of MPH, and you dont need forged internals with that kit unless you wanna run like 14#'s or something, if soI'd recommend a MPH shortblock. The MPH tune(Is on a SCT handheld tuner)is just a balls on accurate tune that hes put together from years of dyno tuning modular car after mod car. Theres people on this site who purchased the kit, installed it themselves, put the tune in and the car ran perfect without Tim ever seeing the car.

ur stock internals should b good to around 450rwhp, but most ppl keep it safe and stay around 400. you wont need forged internals
