Default help me fix my car! ALL suggestions welcomed

guys, i'll get straight to the point..... my car is running like ****![:'(]i'm stumpedand i don't have the money to take it in right now, tell me what you guys gather from these symptoms:

*rough idle
*hesitates off the line (stop light)
*10 mpg [:@][:@][:'(]
*bucks and jerks between shifts and when off the throttle at low rpm
*severe drop in power, especially under 3K rpm
*chuggs like and old pickup when accelerating
*the exhaust pops and crackles alot more on decel

at this point no suggestion is too far-fetched, i'm willing to try anything

Just some ideas here...CEL on? MAF screen in place and clean? MAF clean? PCV valve clean? How old are the spark plugs (any blown out)? Dirty front O2 sensors? Clean air filter? Any small vacuum leaks?

Is this all of a sudden (maybe bad gas)?

Fuel filter, dying fuel pump, could be bad gas as stated. It happens more often than you think, dirty injectors.

it slowly got worse and worse and there's no CEL. i forgot to mention what i did to try and fix it:

*new MAF
*new frontO2 sensors
*new air filter
*newfuel filter
*new COP's
*two sets of plugs

nothing really made a significant difference [&:]

Pull your MIL Eliminators and see what happens. When my MIL's went bad they made the driveability on the car go whacky, just like you are explaining. They took almost a month of poor driveability to finally trip the CEL.
