Oh look, another squeak (belt maybe?)

Oh look, another squeak (belt maybe?)
Ok, so I go get doughnuts for everyone at work this morning and everything is running as it should. When I get back into the car and start driving away, I hear this horid squeak coming from under my hood! When I get to work, I pop the hood and rev the engine a bit via the throttle body and find that the squeak isn't there during idle, but gets progressivly louder after around 2000 rpm. I would think it's a bad belt, but I checked it and the belt looks great. I know it's not new, but there isn't a frey to be found anywhere.
What else could this be? I already have a friggen exhaust lead I'm spending almost $1500 to fix, I don't need another major problem. Any ideas?

LOL, if it's not one thing it's another! Tension pulley, eh? Will it be obvious if it's going bad, or do I need to look for something special?
