i noticed american musclesales the intake spacer for the new edge for under 40 bucks. it says it will gain u 2-7 hp. i think 2-7 hp isn't bad for that price. afterall horsepower is horsepower, every little counts. Do any of u guys have this or heard anything about this spacer? anything good or bad about it?

they dont do anything... neither does a plenum really, it just the mod of saying that you have a mod... but no its not worth it

really? dat sux then. i was also thinkin of gettin a bigger throttle body but don't really want to change the stock plenum, could i port and polish the stock plenum?

yeah you could.. but you would 1) a tune to get a gain 2) the gain would only be about 5hp... there are better ways to mod for the money imo

the throttle body is a good mod cause it improves throttle response. the spacer is an expensive paperweight.
