id be interested in hearing what it ended up being, i still think its driveshaft/ driveline related as his problem didnt persist until he had his car worked on. you never know about some people, the mechanics could have messed it up, maybe accidently lowered the lift on the driveshaft, dropped it, installed it unproperly.
