Are you talking about the four screws under the bumper?

I think he is talking about the push pin screws holding the grill top... Mine did the same thing, a couple I was able to lift the whole thing up and turn the screw until it caught and was able to get it out. The rest, I cut off and got similar replacments at Lowes.

Ijust actually put my mach 1 grill delete in yesterday. At firstI had the same problem and couldn't get those two screws off. ButI ripped them off with some cutters. The only thingI did thatI regret is thatI decidedI wasn't going to use the original grill anymore soI cut the grill out soI can get back into the bolts that hold in the plastic honeycomb grill. I then took a socket wrench and took out the bots that hold in the honey comb grill from the inside. I then took it out and then placed my grill in first that holds in the pony and then the bottom plate in second. Its real easy when you start to play with it. And thenI went to a local body shop to get the screwsI needed for the onesI cut off. It was kinda a sloppy task, but it came out looking very professional.

they will come out usually by unscrewing them...but you cannot push down with the screwdriver when you do it (infact you kinda gotta pull up a little bit...hard to explain but if you play with it they will come out). if that dont work just pry them out.
