well guys i've been driving my car again today and it's still doin it. it's real annoying. and whats a IAC? and could i also have a vacuum leak somewhere?

the IAC is the idle air control, it controls how much air is entering your engine at idle, it connect to the front of the plenum and has en electrical connector attatched to it along with a rubber hose
