Yeah that was the other thing i was thinking of,but i dont have much hp,not sure why it would of crack.
don't need power to break those, i beleive they were recalled at one point, they are infamous for it.

my first manifold cracked and its even got the aluminum crossover (cracked where the crossover meets the manifold). they are retardedly weak and someone at ford should be executed for putting plastic on the top of the motor.

they dont crack from HP, they just crack from heat, vibrations, rapid temp changes, whatever it is that makes em crack but its not horsepower. horsepower wouldnt have anything to do to crack it unless you were blown...then the plastic will probably crack from the FI.

intake cracked dude time to upgrade to the PI intake. Same thing happened 2 me a few years ago and to countless other pre PI owners.

Go for PI swap if it is the manifold.
