yes!! it's an easy 7-10 hp. the more mods you have, the more power they'll produce.

I have the Trick Flow upper plenum and a FRPP 70mm TB and I love it. Well worth the money, and you can't ask for an easier install.

If you havent alreayd, then you need to do the exhaust first. I would do the exhaust and gears before I do intake... which is exactly what I did. :D

RE: tb plenium worth the money
I saw a nice 5.8rwhp and 10.4rwtq gain (dynoed Wednesday) from a TrickFlow plenum and BBK 75mm TB. I think this is typical for most cars. It's cheap usable power from 4000 rpm up and my car. BTW, I got the stuff used for $215 shipped:D

RE: tb plenium worth the money
Sorry, to thread jack, and then ask a stupid question, but I too plan on adding the accufab TB & plenum after adding a catback system. However, I'm just curious, is there much I could get out of a hand held tuner with these mods (I have a 5-spd, so no shift improvements needed), or should I wait until I can do more to buy a tuner?
