PI motor swap

PI motor swap
I am doing a PI motor swap over the winter and wanted to make sure I have every aspect of the swap covered. I remember someone saying that I'll need to swap over the fuel rails from my NPI motor to the PI motor for my currect computer to work with the motor. Is that all I need to worry about or is there something else I am missing that I'll need to swap from my NPI to the PI motor?
While the PI motor is out, Iplan onputting in VT stg2 cams, springs, headwork, Mac LTs, K-member, 75mm TB/Plenum combo, and CAI and throwing in a 100/150 shot for ****s and giggles.
Tranny/rearend work will include a J-mod, 3800 stall and 4.10s, maybe a new girdie.
Suspension mods will include MM full lenth sfc, UPR double adjustable uca, and solid lca, Stranger 10 way adjustables shocks and struts, and I already have the 4cyl front springs and Fox GT rear springs with 295/35 BFG DRs
But anyway, if I am missing anything please let me know; wheather its for the swap or an opinion on the mods I am doing. Any helpful info will be appreciated.
Thanks

yes you will have to switch the fuel rails as your fuel system is a return style and the pi is non return which has the fuel pressure monitoring sensor on the rail.
