Default Which Tuner??

Basically all i want to do is buy a tuner that i can adjust my rev limiter with and turn off traction control without pushing the button everytime. Which Tuner would be the best for what i want to do?

I will not suggest a tuner to you if you are going to change your rev limiter. I will have no part in helping you destroy your engine. By the way a stock 4.6 does not make power past 5500rpms.

I dont want to adjust the rev limiter alot i just want to bump it up from 6500rpm to 7000rpm. And i dont have a stock 4.6. My car is supercharged. And i mainly want a tuner to turn off traction control so i dont have to push the button everytime i start my car.

Is your engine forged? Have you upgraded your valvetrain? Have you ported your heads? Do you have a different intake manifold? If the answer is to those are no then you have a stock 4.6L. The first 2 if those are not done then you will blow the engine. The second 2 you will get no gain if those arn't done. If your motor is stock why is the rev limiter at 6,500 (bad tuner).

If you are supercharged then you have a tune in it and will have to go to a tuner to get those changes made or you risk messing up your tune since most handhelds require you to install their tune inorder to modify those perameters.

Ok, 1st of all i dont know for sure what is all done to my engine cuz it was all done when i bought it. I talked to the guy that traded it in the the dealership and he wouldnt tell me squat about the car bcuz he was mad that i have it. Therefore idk why my rev limiter is at 6500rpms. What about totally turning off my traction control, is there a cheap tuner just for that?

You will have to go to a dyno tuner.

You have two good choices. Diablosport or SCT

Both are equally as popular and will both do what your looking for. I have had both and I dont see a difference.
I have no idea what oxfordgt is talking about making no power past 5500 rpms. I rev my bitch to 6500 all day long and make plenty of power N/A and on nitrous, it even shows on my dyno sheet my power doesn't really drop till 6000.

+1 on the Predator and SCT tuners; and also on the 5500 rpm thing--my mildly modded '03 GT pulls strongly right up to the rev-limiter (set to 6700 rpm) in allgears (except 5th of course)...
