My Mach pulls much harder from a roll or a dig, no doubt about it and didn't suffer any top end at all-unlike my previous 2001 GT with 3.73s thatsuffered on top end pretty bad. I mean, the GT pulled much harder from 0-80mph, but after that, it actually felt slower than with the 3.27 gears. But to answer the question, the geared stang will usually be quickerfrom a roll

I would by no means call the 4.6 a high rev motor, the 2v peaks hp at 5800 thats not high rev in my book. they are notoriuos for rod problems from over revving.

he mean that the 4.6 makes all its power up high. so the gears utilizes its power better.

Btw John, my Mach has a stock rev-limit of only 6800rpm[8D]

I'd keep the S4 and mod that. My buddy has a 2000 or 2001 S4 with 400+ to the wheels. He did put money into upgrading the turbos and such. The thing is rediculous. The awd lauches throw you in your seat. It kinda looks like a chick car but it also attracks more girls then another buddy of mine's GT and my GT and the interior and options are a lot better.

true. true. The only audi id look at is probably a TT. i was actually thinking about trading the stang for one. The mustangs are probably the cheapest american made chick magnets. hahaha.
