Default RE: Fuel Pump/injector question

ORIGINAL: simplyme0484

Will a 98 GT N/A at 310rwhp gain any more power with24lb injectors and a 255lph fuel pump?
Every 1lb of injector will support 16hp, so 19lbers will only handle 304 flywheel hp so your way past that! You will definately need 24lb'ers that will handle like 384flywheel hp. Also, 255 wahlboros or haoever they are speeled are just too loud for me. The 155 is suitable for up to 400hp anyways at the wheels

This poor guy has had his thread hijacked by two people already!
For your 96gt, 110 or 155lph pump will be more than you will need. Even if you added a supercharger on it. I have my stock 97gt pump running 300rwhp with a 32v Cobra motor. no issues at all.
