FIRING ORDER HELP!!!!

So im trying to get my car running after the PI Swap, I put it to the firing order thats in the chiltons manual, the car wont run. I changed to what one of the coil packs said and it runs now but its still not right. Whats the firing order?

Don't you just put the COPs on and plug them in? That's all I've ever done.

No i dont mean in what order do the cylinders fire in, what wire from the coil pack goes to what plug. Does anyone have that info?

That is the order I had it on and it still ran like complete crap. This car is pissing me off.

damn ohthreegt, Thats the best pic in the world to explain the firing orders for the fords. Just know... that the 5.0 firing order doesn't work for all small blocks.
