A TSB is a Technical Service Bulliten that tells the dealer that there are certain year cars that have a particular problem that needs to be addressed if it occurs. Well the synchros in the TR3650 from 2001 to 2003 and some 2004 models all have problems with the synchros. So my third gear went out and second was notchy, so I figured I had better take it in to get it looked at. So right now they have it torn apart and fixing it for me.

Havent got it in yet. They are still working on the tranny.

UPDATE: They got my tranny out without removing the K member or the headers!!! I dont know how but they called me and said they got it out without removing it and ford is covering all maintenance under warranty!!! IM SO HAPPY!!!

See if you can find out exactly how they did it......thats great news though...I dont know about you but I put those headers on myself and it was a pain...I would hate to have to take one of them off if I didnt have to ya know. What kind of headers do you have by the way. but yeah see what they did inorder to not take them off if you dont care. THanks alot. oh yeah what is a tubular k member im lost when it comes to that part...
