Default power loss ( maybe coils)

I have a 2003 GT. I have codes that pop up. They are misfires on 3,4,5,7. Could they be the coils going bad so early for this year model?

mods are listed below.

any help would be great, thanks.

how many miles on the car? I find it hard to believe that more than one coil pack is going bad at the same time.

Did you check the plugs? Do you have a voltmeter? If so, check and see what the voltage on the battery is and reply back.

Could be a few things, but its probably not the coilpacks.

i have 89,600 miles on it. It runs fine at times but then you feel a loss of power and the engine light flashes. then it goes away for about 5miles then it starts acting up again.

It had shut off complety on me once an i walked to the parts store and replaced the plugs. So with new plugs it still ran weird. The battery is also new.

Almost sounds like an intermitant electrical short. Check to see what kind of voltage your getting with the car at idle, check the wires all around the bay for shorts/rubbed areas, and if that fails have the alternator checked at a parts store.

I had an intermitant short and the car would run fine, then suddenly die and the CEL would pop on, then come back, over and over. It ended up being the alterantor having a short.
