If you do plan on driving the stang in the winter don't get all-season's get actual snow tires, big differance. In all honesty though I wouldn't drive the stang at all, Coatsville gets more snow that the Philly/Delaware county area.

P.S. If you've never driven in snow before I wouldn't even think of trying to do so in a stang.

Yeah Mustangs suck in the snow. I live in Colorado. But. When i did drive my stang in the snow i put a sandbag in the trunk and has Khumo Esta ASX tires and it did just fine. The thing is that for snow you want skinny tires. . . but for mustangs you want wide tires so if you really plan on driving in the winter get some like 16" cheapo V-6 rims and throw some studded snow tires on there. Thats what i should have done but with all my torque now it wont make a difference.

Yea i know WB gets hammered, and it sucks because I screwed up my stang motor I am forced to sell my modded jeep wrangler for money for parts [:@], so I snowed in if we get hit.

well i know when it snows up around where i live it'd be practicly impossible to drive a mustang in snow, because some of these rural areas in PA don't have the best roads. nonetheless you can drive your car just have to go around turns like at 5mph and such
