2001 mustang GT fog lamps

How would i get to the fog lamps to change a bulb? it looks like i would have to get underneath the car to see how to do it.

It's not hard just get on the ground and put your hand up in there. What is a PTA is changing the whole housing.

through the back side of the bumper cover, then just turn.
