I wouldnt get an off brand simply because of the old saying "you get what you pay for". Get the best to begin with so you wont have any problems down the road. Steeda and March are the two best on the market.
So how much do you pay for you cold air intake?

That one looks as if it mounts in the fenderwell. I cant really tell by the parts. CAI's should mount in the fenderwell or be completly sealed off from the engine bay in some way so it cant suck in the hot air produced by the engine which is ontained in the engine bay.

The difference is SS and chrome intakes are all show. They are not wver good performance wise because theyt heat up thus heating the air going into the intake which is totally the opposite of what you want. Plastic kits wont heat up like so. Look into www.tunableinduction.com or JLT for a good intake. Ive not read much on the JLT but I havent heard any complaints on it either.
