Don't remove anything just got to get your hand up in there. you'll have to try all types of funny angles but you eventually get em out of there.

I'm not sure if mine are still in the stock position, but I just put my car on Jackstands, and pulled both front o2's in about 10 minutes. IMO, go to Autozone. They have Bosch replacement sensors, and they are about $50 with a 1 year warranty! I believe the Ford one's are like $120 a piece.
