Default after market wheel rings

you know those copper rings that come with aftermarket wheels so they will fit on the hub nice and snug? i have those jb welded on the hubs! so i cant swap on the stock wheels for colder driving. how do i get those off without ruining them? or am i screwed and have to replace the hub? and if so how do i do that?

thanks!

Have you tried getting them off by pulling the brake calipers androcking the rotors for leverage to push them off from behind? Unless whoever used the JB Weld to hold 'em on went nuts cleaning the hubs I can't imagine they'll be adhered that well...
