ECM

Is it posibble to reflash the ecm to think its a manual? If so would ford be able to do that? If not were could i get that done? Thanks

The manual transmission ecupart number isF3ZF-12A650-DB and the auto tranny is F3ZF-12A650-FB. So you can either go to ford and pay $100-$200 to have it reflashed or find one cheap on ebay.
