Thats alot for labor cost. I do motor swaps for free I just ask for the old block (I forge them and sell them for a big profit). I would go out and spend $170 for a cherry picker and do it yourself. It can be done by a beginner in a weekend.

thanks everyone for the replies.
i found out it deffinetly is the PI motor but Im not sure why it was rebuilt. When I last talked to them
they just said they rebuild the motors and sell em. While I was they're they were doing a swap on another 96.
that thing only had 150k miles though. kinda crazy because mine made it all the way to 209,xxx and still runs strong(ish).
