Gas Milege?

RE: Gas Milege?
i usually am around 200 when i need gas. i get 87 octane. but 89 is cheaper...and gets same mileage. i have no idea why i insist on sticking with 87. but at the same time i have an 03 GT with 10k miles on it. and its prolly 80%-20% city to highway

RE: Gas Milege?
How many miles are on your tank when you fill up is not an accurate way to determine gas mileage. You need to fill up your tank, set your tripometer to zero, then next time you fill up, divide the miles by the number of gallons. Its that simple.

RE: Gas Milege?
I am driving across country right now and I am averaging 220 miles per 9 gallons of gas.
I typaiclly fill up when the gauge gets down to half because I think I get better milage on the full half of the tank rather than the empty half. Anyone else experience this?I'm not 100% sure about this phenomenon just a guesstimate. My gas gauge sucks!

Holy crap how are you guys with stock/boltons only cars only getting sub 20 MPG on the HIGHWAY? I still get almost 22 MPG on the highway with 420 WHP and stage 2 cams...
