3650 More problem AFTER the TSB
I had the same problems everyone else had with first and second gear, so I brought it back to Ford, I had bought it used like 2 weeks before so they repaired everything no questions asked. They had sent it out to Lee Myles Tansmissions instead of doing the work in house... now 2-3 months later and a few thousand miles my 2nd gear is grinding again. Is it possible they didn't do the TSB and put the same flawed parts in? Does it matter it wasn't done at Ford (The dealer ship sent it there without telling me btw). It now has 31,000 miles on it so I don't think it's under warrenty and more. I can't imagine if it was done right that it could go bad this quick, I drive it pretty hard but I don't abuse it really. (I don't power ****). What can I do about this it's a pain in the *** and I don't have the money to do it outta pocket.
P.S. it's an 2002 GT 5 Speed.

3/36k mile warranty. Bring it back asap. Who cares if they sent it out without youre approval. It got fixed didnt it. lol. Well maybe not. But yeah, its called "sub-letting" If the dealership doesnt have qualified technicians then they send things out for other people to fix. lol. Pretty stupid. But anywhoo, youre warranty is still in effect, so bring it back..
Also, if they knew it was a TSB then they should have given the trans shop the TSB parts. Possibliity of them not doing it right. But then again, it did work fine for the first month of so, or what ever amount of time you said. So who knows, all i do know is bring it back!! Even if it was out of warranty. You have 60 days before they can tell you they wont fix it. If a dealership does youre tranny and 42 days later it grinds. They fix for free... after 60 days you pay.

I have this problem in 2nd gear, what is a TSB exactly? I've owned the car barely a month and it barely has 30k miles.
What do I need to tell the dealer to get this taken care of?

TR3650 TSB. Its a bunch of new parts in youre trans, I made a post about it in here somewhere. But a TSB is something ford publishes to help technicians to find the problem. Once enough people complain about a problem it turns into a TSB. I have the TSB PM me and i will email it to you.
