tranny/clutch?

I just got my car back from the shop gettin the trans fixed and now the the clutch isreallystiff.....how can i adjust it

when you got the tranny fixed, does that include clutch as well? you can adjust your pedal by with car off put in 1st gear...pull up on the clutch pedal and then push it down and u may hear a click...i think thats how you do it, its in the manual...

other than that may just be the new clutch and your not used to it
