ABS / TCS PROBLEMS

Having a little problem, maybe someone can help! I believe my ABS / TCS controller is acting up. Every time I drive, after about ten minutes, the ABS light turns on. Seconds later, the TCS light comes on. I have heard from several people that the controller may be to blame... any suggestions? Does anyone know where in the car it is located? or where I can get a new one? Thanks for the help.
