well the actual spacer is 1.25" but most people will just use the 1" spacer so there will be a "slight" slack in the pedal but its good enough !

cause 1.25" would completely straighten it out but... like majinprodigy said... it could snap in theory if floored constantly.

I did it so that I can heel/toe the car when I'm racing it although it does feel nice to not have that slack. I went 1" on mine so I still have a slight bit of slack!

The cable can break even if you don't do the cable mod its the same ether way.You are only moving the pedal location,you still use the same amount of cable.What did you think your T/B would open 1" more by moving the pedal.

I did test the breaking the cable idea. It won't break. I had a buddy hold the throttle blade all the way open, then I pushed the gas pedal to the floor and had my buddy let go of the blade. The blade closed about 2cm when he let it go. So even if you floor it you are not maxing out the length of the cable.
