RE: nitrous coming soon
i have heard the same about the 4v's and 4.30's, it turns them into animals.
i am still stuck between 3.73's and 3.90's. i know i wont run out of gear in the 1/4 with 3.90's but i am just concerned that my mileage will suck on the highway. how much of a difference will it really make?

youre going to be running a shot of giggle gas at a minimum of a 75 shot and you're worried about your fuel economy? Why dont you get the shot tuned and run with it for a while and then ask yourself if you really want gears. I know everyone here swears by gears as the best mod for your buck...but if you're really concerned about MPG, maybe gears arent the mod to go with right now.

RE: nitrous coming soon
with juice on a 2v, i would say 3.73's
only for the reason that you dont have cam's/ heads to higher your redline
you may be able to do 3.90's and run a high tire. but that may lead to too much shifting in the 1/4

RE: nitrous coming soon
With 4.10 gears I drive to work once in a while in my stang all together round trip its about 138miles back and forth and traveling at an average of 75, with no traffic, I usually waste slightly over a 1/4 tank. But, if theres traffic than It usually kills half a tank. Not bad considering I took my mothers Hyundai Tucson for the same trip its a 4 cylider and with no traffic it wasted half a tank haha, who ever said 1st gear is a joke? u sure u know how to drive? mine is just as importamt and as good as the other gears I think its awsome the way its setup now, I guess it's just user preference. I know a few guys with 4.10s and are FI they love it you just need the right set up for it.
