Default noise in the head

ok im currently doing a pi swap but i put in some stage 2 cams. The problem is that i hear a lil clattering or clicking on the right head if u are standing in front of the car. All the parts come off a bullit. Does anyone know what can cause that clattering in the head and what can be wrong? Is there anything i have to upgrade to put the stage 2's in there or is pi stock parts good? Help please!!!!!

If I am not mistaken, You have to upgrade your springs with stage 2's.....
