I have recently noticed that hard been hard getting my car into first. I have an almost brand new centerforce dual friction. I have tried adjustong the cable with no luck. Any ideas or similar experiences?

how many miles do you have on the tranny?

quite a few but it seems to only do it some of the times. it never grinds it is just hard o get in gear

Check your fluid level. If it's low or hasn't been changed in a while sometimes the shifter is hard to move, even when in nuetral.

Happens to me occationally on hills, I usually just go through some of the other gears and then I can usually get it it, if that doesnt work press the clutch and roll the car like 1 or 2 inches it will go in to gear. T45 trannies suck[:'(]

try changing the trans fluid and check ur syncros.
