my idle is bouncing and seems too high...

I already replaced the IAC w/ a brand new motorcraft one...
I cleaned the MAF

it's annoying it idles around 1k rpm and lightly bounces up and down about 100 rpm - sounds retarded

It was idleing high and hanging for while before RPMS would drop - so I put in a fabbed restrictor plate to get rid of the hanging...(that part worked) but the idle is just downright annoying.

mines doin the same thing... but mine wil go from like 850 to like 500 n back up untill i rev it a lil. i think mines my iac tho.

After that I'm gonna replace all my C.O.P.'s - would a misfire do what I was describing?

Yes, but a misfire wouldn't be the same.. It would be very rough, you would more than likely get a CEL. Check all of your vacuum lines as well, could be a leak.
