Default Plans

I plan to buy a 2000 Mustang GT in the next week or two that I've had my eyes on. The stuff I plan to do firstare as follows: K&N CAI, BBK Longtubes, BassaniO/R X Pipe, and SLP Loudmouth catback. Approximately how much horsepower and torque would this add to the wheels?

You will start at about 225-235 rwhp depending on the dyno with all that you should hit 250-265 rwhp once again depending on the dyno. The headers are really the only thing on that list that will give you a noticable jump in hp.

I think you may want a catted x-pipe and slp loudmoth 2's. it make a much nicer sound than the loudmouth 1's

What's the difference? I didn't think there was much of a difference between the 1's and 2's other than interior resonance.

the longtube headers are the real only hp increase but the rest is good for the sound. get catted x or o/r h.

Make sure it's the shorty x pipe and may I recomend you buy a JLT Ram Air intake instead of the K&N.

yea go for the jlt intake. long tubes and o/r x are a good idea but the lm1s are to loud. lm2s sound a lot better and are still pretty loud. a full bolt on gt makes around 265-270rwhp. youll probly be at 250-255 untuned.
