Default Can't figure it out?

Ok, I try not to ask dumb questions but I can't figure out why I am not running right. I have an 01 SVT and have put a V-2 Vortech in it, Mac LT, Mac, o/r H-Pipe, and Custom 2.5 exhaust. I have the works like 42lbs injectors, Mickey Thompson ET Streetsand a Lightning MAF. I have tons of fun on the road and eat up a lot of people that I run into, no problem. I am not saying I am the best thing since sliced bread, but I am happy with my performance on the streets.
As for the Track, that is another story. I have 499 RWHP and have pulled a 1.9 60ft, and run about 12.4 1/4 consistantly. I feel I should be running better times than that, maybe I am just wrong, but I expected more. I am not the best driver in the world, but I am very good. I am not new to racing on the track, in fact I used to be a camaro guy running 10.6 1/4. I had a friend with a Cobra and never looked back.
Please let me know what you think. I still have 3.27 gears, and am thinking about going with 4.10s. Is this where the problem is? I am not even getting into 4th gear in the 1/4. I am in Iraq now doing Convoys and want to have my wife take the car up to the garage that works on my car, anddo some things to it. I just want some opinions from you guys to help me out.

Thank you,

I have to believe with a 1.9 60" you should be in the 11's trapping 120

Yeah I was looking for more like a 11.5 or so.... Could it just be the gears? I know the rule of thumb is that you should almost tap out 4th gear in the trap, and I never even get into 4th.

At 115 is probably around 6k rpms with some more to go. Gears will Def, but you will be shifting through the traps unless you get some 4.10's

Do you have a short shifter?

Yeah I was looking to go with a straight axel with 31 spline and 4.10s.
